A business update in response to COVID-19

response to COVID-19

Dear Lytx clients,

Like many of you, we have been closely following the spread of COVID-19. The safety and well-being of our team and the clients we serve remains our core priority. With that in mind, I’d like to share some important updates with you.

Access to Services: No Lytx services are currently impacted by COVID-19. You can access your Lytx Account and use Lytx services as you normally do.

Remote Working Capabilities: To the extent Lytx offices close, we have the technology to continue to service all of our clients remotely. The majority of our workforce is able to work remotely from their homes should widespread quarantine be required. As a result, the risk of disruption to our business remains minimal, and we expect to maintain uninterrupted support while delivering critical business services.

Virtual Meetings: To protect the health and safety of our personnel and our clients, we will use virtual client meetings in lieu of in-person meetings where possible. Although we have temporarily suspended our trade show participation, we remain accessible on all virtual channels to answer questions and provide you with support.

Operations: Currently, the impacts of COVID-19 to the Lytx supply chain, fulfillment, and field services operations are minimal.

Monitoring of the Situation: Our leadership team is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, both globally and locally. Our efforts include daily review of guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health officials, as well as engaging in business continuity planning with our service providers. Continuing to service our customers is a top priority of Lytx. We will continue to provide you with updates as the situation develops.

Support for Remote Working and Coaching
We understand your need to keep your operations running smoothly as you adjust your business to changing circumstances. For fleets seeking alternatives to face-to-face coaching, our remote coaching feature lets coaches and drivers conduct sessions anywhere there’s cellular network connection.

If you’d like to enable the remote coaching option, your Client Success Manager is ready to assist you in setting it up. If you already have remote coaching enabled, this article in the Lytx Support Center provides a refresher and has further resources – including a remote coaching checklist, a driver job aid, and a visual guide to remote coaching for drivers. This article on the Lytx Blog also has tips for remote coaching.

And if you need any additional assistance during this time, please don’t hesitate to let us know how we can help via your Client Success Manager.

Yours in safety,
Dave
